Many more people are being affected by the ongoing housing crisis across Australia and are looking into tiny houses as a housing option. The ABC talked to ATHA’s NSW lead – Peter Wigley about his experience living in a tiny house in Lismore and his thoughts around the potential housing solutions that tiny houses can offer.
Peter noted – “I think we need to look at some key areas so that councils are given some flexibility in terms of how they can locate tiny homes onto both residential lots, rural lots, and increase some of the housing supply… We could look into intentional tiny home communities”.
