After community consultation with 91% support, Mount Alexander Shire Council has changed its Local Laws to allow living in Tiny Houses on Wheels. Permits will not be required for a THOW or caravan on private properties that have an existing dwelling on them. Wastewater must be removed from the site and disposed at a suitable location.
